SPEED & TREADMILL

Plan your Speed training and treadmill upgrades

Separate treadmill training from upgrade spending. Check your current Speed, observe changes and set an affordable next goal.

QUICK ANSWER
Train when your immediate goal is more Speed. Before buying a treadmill upgrade, read its stated benefit and compare its price with your available cash. Training progress and purchase value are separate checks.

Start with a reading you can compare

Record your current displayed Speed before a training session. Keep the same measure for the next reading; comparing a Speed value with an income figure will not tell you whether training helped.

If the interface shows a training gain or an upgrade benefit, note its wording as well as the number. The description confirms that treadmill training increases Speed, but it does not publish a universal gain table.

Observe training before projecting a result

Train, then check your displayed Speed again. Use the difference to describe what happened during that session. If you also record the elapsed time, you can compare another session under similar conditions.

Avoid extending one short observation into a guaranteed time-to-goal. Changing conditions or an unclear display can make that estimate unreliable. A second observation is more useful than guessing a multiplier.

Read what the purchase changes

An upgrade is worth considering when its displayed benefit serves your current goal and its price fits your budget. Write down both before choosing.

If the benefit is unclear, keep that purchase undecided. A larger price or a more impressive name does not provide enough information to calculate how much training time it saves.

Give the upgrade a savings checkpoint

Enter your current cash, the upgrade price and your observed cash-per-second in the cash planner. That estimates how long the purchase takes to afford while earnings stay at that rate.

A treadmill’s Speed benefit is not an added cash-per-second figure. Leave cash payback uncalculated unless you have a meaningful measured income increase to enter.

Try this next session

  1. Write down your current Speed.
  2. Observe a training session and take another reading.
  3. Read the proposed upgrade’s benefit and price.
  4. Check whether that benefit matches your immediate goal.
  5. Set a cash target, or continue observing training if the purchase remains unclear.

If you get stuck

No gain rate is displayed.

Use before-and-after Speed readings; do not invent a rate.

The upgrade is unaffordable.

Estimate saving time from your current earnings before changing your goal.

The cash calculator asks for added income.

That field concerns cash payback. A Speed increase does not supply the answer.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Comparing Speed and money as though they used the same unit.
  • Assuming a short training observation proves a permanent rate.
  • Buying before reading the stated upgrade benefit.
